I’d like to think those are the terms my friends and colleagues would use to describe me, if given the opportunity. Personally I want to make sure the digital work I produce is refined and as pixel-perfect as humanly possible. 

I have a knack for being able to describe creative processes to non-creative stakeholders in a digestible format. My plan as a user experience manager is to build and mentor others into confident, excelling UX professionals.

LEADERSHIP STYLE

When leading a team, my goal is to foster a healthy and fun environment where my creatives can thrive. In my teams, we are each others safe space. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I want everyone under my leadership to feel included and supported in bringing their true self to work. I want my teams to feel comfortable in pushing outside of their comfort zones and being allowed to fail-fast. Being allowed to explore and expand on your capabilities (or in finding new ones) is a good thing. Everyone pulls their weight, we trust one another and we deliver—all while having a good time doing so.
